George Muller

said that those expecting the Gospel of Christ to Christianize the nations are not serving the Lord. Muller led in changing the goal of missionary endeavours from Christianizing the world's nations to simply "soul saving." He was convinced that it was unscriptural to hope that the gospel message could bring about godly social change. The result of this teaching was that multitudes of Chinese Christians who were trained to expect an immanent "rapture," were tortured and slaughtered.

Muller's ideas impacted Hudson Taylor and China Inland Mission contributing to a neutralized, powerless gospel which helped China fall to Communism, therefore resulting in the currant limit of children and forced abortions there. Many who did NOT follow his teaching fled and were saved.

Jesus commanded us to disciple the nations, teaching them all things He commanded us. This wrong thinking tears out much of the teaching of God's word.

George Muller served the Lord rescuing orphans. God is concerned for the fatherless and his work there was great, yet Muller's error in theology is destructive, even now.

I highly recommend, The Greatest Century of Missions by Peter Hammond. It is a thrilling book of missionaries who discipled nations, setting them free from spiritual and physical bondage of paganism like William Carey ending suti "honorable sacred widow burning,"
outlawing infanticide, and ending the slave trade.

William Carey said, "He must reign until Satan has not an inch of territory."

Missionaries went out in the 19th Century to disciple the nations, and they did. Today we believe in snatching a few embers from the fire and that is what we accomplish. We are called by God to be culture builders.

Psalm 22:27-28 All the ends of the world shall remember and turn to the LORD, and all the families of the nations shall worship before you. For the kingdom is the LORD'S and He rules over the nations.

America use to send missionaries to save nations, now we send armies as if we believe in salvation by force and violence.

The Bible is pro-peace, not pro-Palestine. Jesus is not a racist, nor a land broker. The kingdoms of this world shall become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ. It is now imperative to understand that the Holy Land is now the whole earth.

This will NOT be achieved by American foreign aide, bailouts or armies.

Treaty of Tripoli & George Washington

Obama quoted from the Treaty of Tripoli in 1797, article 11, "the government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian religion."

John Eidsmoe's book, Christianity and the Constitution tells us that some erroneously claim this shows Washington was a deist. Yet there is evidence that article 11 may not have been part of the treaty since Article 11 of the Barlow translation with its famous phrase, "the government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian religion," does not exist at all. There is no Article 11.

The treaty never reached the president’s desk till John Adams who was the actual signer. A new treaty made with Tripoli in April 17, 1806 does NOT include this phrase.

George Tiller, the killer of 60,000 babies, is dead.

In 1970 his (abortionist) father, mother, sister and brother-in-law crashed in Yellowstone National Park.

George served as usher in "Reformation Lutheran Church." Their church mission statement is “Serving God by loving God…with all that we are and loving our neighbor as our selves. We partner with God and care for people in the world: hospitality, humility, compassion...” Their stated creed: "We do not judge." His wife's CD includes: The Lord's Prayer, O Holy Night.

This murder is sad for the pro-life community, because violence is a reason for persecution/severe legislation.

We have been reading the stories women wrote of their abortions under Tiller. I didn't realize these late term abortions took a week to complete. Those poor girls had no idea what they were walking into.

One encouraging development is an attorney in Tenn., who has worked for several years shutting down clinics for malpractice. Lance told me there used to be 1400 abortuaries in TN, now there are 700.

The man who headed up the Tiller expose` website said this murder denied them the chance to close the clinic lawfully, which he believed they were close to.

God is Turning the Hearts of Fathers to The Children

My parents were both credential Public School teachers when they married. They began to read together for an hour each morning before going to work. The first revolutionary thing they saw, starting in Genesis, is that God saw children as a BLESSING. After reading together for about five months, they got the point and stopped birth control. So I was born as a result of my parents reading the scripture. Then they started reading about education from College president, Raymond Moore and his wife Dorothy. And my parents decided to home educate us.

I am awed watching my younger siblings love people whether on an airplane on the streets of San Francisco.

God is using our generation "to turn the hearts of fathers to the children and the hearts of children to their fathers lest He smite our land with a curse."

Darkness is sadly normal. But our job is to light candles. God is the One who builds His kingdom.

We cannot know everything because we are not God. But God rewards even the most stumbling obedience. And He blesses the man who fears the LORD (Psalm 112) -- not the man who knows everything about fearing the LORD.
