Lavender Essential Oil
Lavender is an oil I count on for small scrapes and insect stings. It is one
of the few oils that I feel safe using undiluted on my skin. It is a favorite when a blemish pops up at just the wrong time. I simply put a drop on a cotton swab and apply to the spot. It is very useful in skin care because of its cytophylactic, or cell-protecting and regenerating properties.
