Victor, when you take out those apple trees, make sure you set aside as much of the wood as you can.. it makes the most amazing wood for barbecue and smoking meats and fish you can imagine. And one of the sweetest smelling firewoods as well. I've managed to cadge a few old apple trees, and I try and save them for best use. Yummmm....
