Obama’s Guantanamo Review Task Force stated that 48 prisoners should be held indefinitely in prison without a trial. Most have been in prison for 8 years and have not yet had a trial. The Review says “Generally these detainees cannot be prosecuted because… there is presently insufficient admissible evidence to establish the detainee’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt…”
