The retired general sees indications of Marxism in America. Hate Crimes legislation is  censoring ministers. Dept. of Homeland Security memorandum went out over the country identifying future threats to America as: Pro-Life groups, Second Amendment groups and returning veterans. Health Care Legislation commissioning officers to work directly with the president. This is not constitutional. The scripture states, that when the righteous rule the people rejoice; when the wicked rule the people morn.
