Today is Special Election Day in California

With no candidates and an unusual voting month, we'll likely have a small voter turn out today, making every vote more relevant.
The State of Ca is bankrupt. As the most populous and now most taxed state, California has more than enough to pay for Constitutionally approved spending.
One of the best things that could happen is for this state gov to financially collapse, so that it could be rebuilt. New Zealand went to near collapse a few years ago. They stepped back, stopped subsidizing crops... and now are doing far better.

Amendment X:
The powers not delegated to the United States
by the Constitution,
nor prohibited by it to the states,
are reserved to the states respectively,

What does this mean in plain English?
Here is what that means:
The federal government
is NOT our nanny.
It is NOT our mother.
It is NOT our doctor.
It is NOT the high priest of a new secular religion.
And despite the remarkably arrogant statements of politicians...
The state is NOT our Savior.
That designation is reserved to one person only--

South Valley Tea Party

T.E.A. (Taxed Enough Already) Parties sprang up all over the nation this April 15.

From the oil field to the refinery:).

A long train of oil tank cars blocked our way to the civic center.

I am thankful for industry still here in the valley.

Her mother, Melanie said,
"I don't want my children enslaved
under such an enormous tax burden
that they can never retire or live a normal life.
This is not just about taxes
it's about the need to represent the people
and not just special interest groups."


The Federal Reserve is neither Federal or a Reserve.
It is a private bank owned by several other banks, half of which are oversees.
Ron Paul has put forward a bill to audit the Fed.

"Kids nowadays don't realize what this country is really about."
He wants his girls to be prepared.

When Israel asked for a king "like all the other nations." God warned them that he would take the best of their vinyards and olive groves, the best of their young men, to serve in his army, their daughters to be his perfumers, cooks and bakers and the best of their servants.

Organizers estimate 1500-2000 people were standing

A security officer pointed out that the crowd was overflowing unto the street.

"it is immoral to this [debt] on to our children." Taft College professor Harold Pease said.

Pastor Chad Vargas closed in prayer.
He thanked the sound man Mike, for volunteering.
"The sad thing is he is able to be here because his business, Stockdale Music,
was put out of business by taxation and regulation."

Businessman John Lake told the gathered crowd that he'd asked his accountants to show how much money of the business revenue went to taxes.
Their conclusion? 67 cents on every dollar, leaving only 33 left.
"There is no easier money to spend then someone else's money.
The Government cannot give anything it does not take from someone else -- that's you!"

Indian John answering a question about why Ron Paul is for
repealing Lincoln's 14th ammendment.
The ammendment allows for everyone born in the US
to automatically be a citizen.
The problem is, it is now used for illigal immigration
and instant qualification for welfare benefits.

Once a Bircher always ready to serve in defense of the Constitution
and the proper role of civil government.

Is Christmas About a Homeless Couple?

Every Christmas season we will hear the inevitable revisionist version of the Christmas story. Jesse Jackson was the first to turn Joseph and Mary into a "homeless couple" when he claimed that Christmas "is not about Santa Claus and ‘Jingle Bells' and fruit cake and eggnog," of which all Christians would agree, but about "a homeless couple."[1] He repeated his "homeless couple" theme at the 1992 Democratic Convention:

We hear a lot of talk about family values, even as we spurn the homeless on the street. Remember, Jesus was born to a homeless couple, outdoors in a stable, in the winter. He was the child of a single mother. When Mary said Joseph was not the father, she was abused. If she had aborted the baby, she would have been called immoral. If she had the baby, she would have been called unfit, without family values. But Mary had family values. It was Herod-the [Dan] Quayle of his day-who put no value on the family.

Jackson made a similar claim about the biblical record in 1999 when he stated that Christmas "is not about parties, for they huddled alone in the cold stable. It isn't about going into debt to buy extravagant presents; the greatest Gift was given to them although they had no money. It is about a homeless couple, finding their way in a mean time."[2]. . . .
