Hot-Cold Treatment

Dr. Paul Shakespeare used this method during war

in Biafra, south-eastern Nigeria

when there were no antibiotics available.

He used it on me a couple years ago

when I had bronchitis, with great results.

Dr. Michael Casey advises using 10 cloves of garlic just once a day.

It is best to take it minced with food.

This knocked out my sore throat in just two to three days.

Dr. Shakespeare also told us that those babies survived

of starving women in Biafra who planted black-eyed peas.
