Jd is about 130' away pulling it up in the warehouse.

We had a tough time getting the vac to pull the twine, 

so we tied my nitrate exam gloves to it. That worked. 

The twine pulled the rope plus ground wire. 

Here the rope pulled up first wire. 

Last came the larger three wires. 

Here Jd is pulling the twine and then rope.

A couple days ago Jd helped me rearrange our heavy bedroom furniture because David wants to sleep on the other side of the bed. 

Jd + me = mighty man.

John McCain

co-authored the McCain-Feingold bill which would regulate free speech of citizens in campaigns. He supports amnesty for Illegals, believes in open boarders, and supports NAFTA. McCain voted against drilling for oil in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. He is for same sex marriages, and is for getting militarily involved in conflicts around the world. Senator McCain voted for funding research that requires killing human embryos. McCain, in an interview with the San Francisco Chronicle, said he is opposed to overturning Roe v. Wade.

Sarah Palin

is in favor of the Law of the Sea Treaty which would give 2/3 of the earth's surface to the control of the Communist of the UN. [The UN was started by Communists and has been controlled by them all along.]

When Sarah Palin left office as governor of Alaska, she appointed a former board member of Planned Parenthood to the Alaska Supreme Court.

She's for foreign Aide. [She has NO right to give away the hard earned money of Americans.]

Is Heme Iron Good for Us?

Iron...is a potent oxidant. Excess iron in the body causes the production of free radicals which in turn can damage cells, leading to many kinds of disease and causing premature aging.
