The book in the photo was excellent and written by the late hero of mine R.J. Rushdoony. I highly recommend it.

Over population could rightly be defined as an imbalance between the number of people and their food supply.

In the early years of America, before the white man brought horses to the Indian, which the Indian used to hunt buffalo, it was often reported that they would go through times of starvation even though there was only roughly 300,000 people even though they had all the Americas at their use.

Yet, technology is not sufficient.

Montesquieu observed “Countries are not cultivated in proportion to their fertility, but to their liberty.”

Hi Dinah,
Was that book you're reading in the pic good? Did it help you give a good answer to Ross and Carter?

So, maybe 'over-population' could be reduced or balanced out by giving us back our liberties? Seems to go back to the problem of self government- will we govern or will the state govern. That will determine how much food is available and thereby encourage or nullify 'over-population'.
