The Birth Control League was founded by Margaret Sanger. She later changed the name to Planned Parenthood. So the newsletter with this quote was published by Ms. Sanger.
Population Control is one of the next big battles we will face. The recent UN summit in Mexico strategized that because Global Warming isn't happening that population is the "global crisis."
