Cooked Greens

Kale, collard greens, or broccoli, rinsed, stems removed
1/4 c. lemon juice

Bring ½ c water in a saucepan to boil. Add greens and cover. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until soft but bright green. Add lemon juice, cut and serve.

For baby, mash in a baby-food grinder.
