Romans 2:29 but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men but from God. Muslims teach that a Jew is one outwardly, that it is a bloodline. The scripture teaches that it is a faith line, just as Abraham believed God and it was credited to him as righteousness.
