Wait on Christ and He Will Give You Strength and Endurance

http://www.visionforum.com/hottopics/blogs/dwp/2010/08/8627.aspx

The guys were not able to be at the Father and Son retreat this year, but Dad is still doing push-ups they did at the last retreat. This morning Dad jogged five miles and did 600 push-ups. I walked four and did 70 (smaller) push-ups.

The key is to do 50 (or 10) every half mile, instead of all at once. One day last week Dad did a thousand! I am so proud of him.

Soundtrack of the Week

Steven Spielberg is said to have said
that if he were not a producer
he would be a composer,
because of how powerful music is to storytelling.
If I knew how to post audio files,
Guy Grimstead's My Sigh would be a good one for February.
And Hope would be for March.

For this week Yanni’s Someday takes the cake. Thanks Niednagels!
