Boy, I wish we had a goat so I could make goat's milk kefir. I started making kefir 2 years ago. We love it. The girls and I make two smoothies a day with our kefir (but I know it would be even better with goats' milk:)
Esther, I really enjoy your family's blog. You do a lot of fun and interesting things. Plus it is fun to watch the children now that they are all so grown up.
