Naomi Katherine Adams was born August 15, 1917 in Alto New Mexico, the thirteenth of 16 children [4 sons and 12 daughters] born to James Sampson Bailey and Mary Ann (Jones) Bailey.Naomi married Richard Charlie Adams on Oct. 12, 1935 and had four children:
