Yam Pudding

4-5 large yams cooked

2 c. almonds

2 c. dried coconut

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 c. dark honey

1 T. blackstrap molasses

Grind almonds and coconut in Vita-Mix to a fine powder.

Blend all together.

May be served warm but I like it chilled.
