Millet or Rice Casserole


In a large covered casserole pan put:

2c. raw millet or 3c. brown rice

9c. boiling water

2 c. tomato paste

2 medium sweet white onions

2 green bell peppers

2t. sea salt

1 c. sesame (ground)

1t. sweet basil

1 ½ c. sliced olives

1 t. paprika

1 ½ c. roasted almonds coarsely cut

Mix all.

Bake for 2hrs at 350 degrees.
