Owen's Preliminary MRI of brain was NORMAL
Born today via emergency C-section to Andrew & Shantel Palmquist weighing 9 lbs. 5 oz. having seizures and in critical condition transported to UC Davis where they are keeping him on a cold pad to help his brain. Baby Owen's grandparents are veteran pro-lifer counselors: Tim & Terri Palmquist.

Hi! I am Owen's Mother. He is 9 weeks and 3 days old today, Sept 23, 2009. Owen is doing GREAT! He has been home since Aug 5 from UC Davis and has been the joy of our lives. He is an extremely good baby. He hasn't had any seizures and seems to be right on track developmentally, PRAISE GOD! He has brought Owen a long way, and in a quick manner. This weekend, Owen will start being weaned from his phenobarbital, so please keep him in your prayers so that he will not have the withdrawal symptoms often associated with the drug.
