Jesus Is The Temple, High Priest, Supreme Sacrifice. The others were types and shadows of Him.

"...the people of the prince who is to come will destroy both the city and the sanctuary." Daniel 9:26
This is Jesus is sending the Roman armies to destroy the temple in AD 70. God raises up enemies to judge His people.
They rebuilt the temple and the wall after that besiege of Nebuchadnezzar under Cyrus, king of Persia.
The temple Jesus was in was THE rebuilt temple.
Jesus said, My house is a house of prayer, but you have made it a den of thieves. That temple was destroyed in AD 70. Jesus said not one stone will be left upon another.
Jesus is the fulfillment of the temple, animal sacrifices, and priesthood. Those were types and shadows of Christ.
Messiah the prince is cut off in the middle of the 70th week [Daniel 9:24]. This is followed by the end of the animal sacrifices, the priesthood, the temple, because Jesus is the fulfillment of them. He is our temple, high priest, the supreme sacrifice. The others only pointed to him. It is blasphemy to suggest that another temple must be built with another sacrifice. ~Lance

The Anti-Christ does NOT make covenants, only God does!

"...for this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins." (Matthew 26:28 ESV)

Jesus also says "Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away." (Matthew 24:34-35 ESV)

It does not say "that generation," or "the generation that sees these signs" but "...THIS generation will NOT pass away, until ALL THESE THINGS take place."

There is no gap in the creation week of Genesis and there's no gap in the seventy weeks of Daniel.

“But it is not that the word of God has taken no effect. For they are not all Israel who are of Israel”

Rom. 9:6

“ Therefore know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham." Gal. 3:7

“For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.” Gal. 5:6

Is daniel 9 wrong? i believe it's daniel 9 around verse 26 speaks of the crucifiction of Messiah at the end of the 69th week and speaks of the pause (the church age) until the anti-Christ rises for the last week (period of seven years). it's in those verses it speaks of the temple sacrifies ending after the 1/2 way point in the temple because of the abomination of desolations....am I wrong?

Dispensationalism attacks the basic character of God, assuming that he is fickle and inconstant. Daniel is looking at Jeremiah that says, for 70 years they will be in captivity. It is as if 70 years go by, 71, 75, 78, and finally 80 years go by and the people get the the bright idea, “Lets ask God about this” and God says, “Oh, I forgot to tell you! I put a gap between the 69th and the 70th year!” It is a literal 490 years, there is no gaps. Satan does not make covenants, only God does.
