I really like his analogy of using all the keys on the piano to "play" against the cancer, and doing it proactively as standard practice. SO many of us are clueless as to how to maintain and preserve health.. mainly, I believe, because our traditional medical system is simply defective in educating us to take care oof ourselves. We are taught by them to leave it all up to them. Well, sorry, in the main, they're hugely deficient, not only in their own understanding of these things, but in their will to impart what they do know of these things to us. Seems the system would rather we get sick and critically need them... rather than teach us how to maintain our own bodies. Hah, even the automakers do a better job... read through the owner's manual comes with your new car, they tell you what needs done and when to keep it "healthy".
