Some census questionnaires being sent out ask only for the number of people. Others have dozens of more invasive questions. The purpose of the censes is to apportion the House of Representatives. Americans ought to test the Constitution. Is it still the law of the land?
An unjust law is no law at all. Thomas Jefferson said, “Whensoever the general government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void and of no force.”
