Lemon and Ginger Salad Dressing

Amounts are approximate.

1c. olive oil

Raw Garlic, 4-6 cloves

Raw Ginger, 3 Tablespoon chopped

1-2 lemons, blended without skin (I peel the yellow off with a knife or potato peeler.)

Raw Honey, 2 tsp.

Sea Salt, 1t.

Blend chopped ginger, garlic, lemon and salt. I added 1/2c water to help the blending. Add honey. Stir in oil.

We like to add sprouts, beans, sprouted dried seeds and nuts to green salads to make a colorful and satisfying dish.
